Calling all grade-schoolers! Come hang out with us after school on Wednesdays from 3-6 pm. We play games, have a snack, do activities, listen to a Bible lesson, and eat dinner together. Friends are always welcome!

SUNDAY RESET
We all need a reset. Join us Sunday nights to “reset” for the week ahead. We play games, hang out, and learn about God’s Word. For high school and middle school youth.

Each month all the women of Central church gather to fellowship, learn, and grow together in community. Join us in the Friendship Room after the second service and bring a sack lunch. Drinks are provided. Childcare is also available.

This study is for younger women—singles, married, and moms. Join us as we study the book of Ephesians. We meet every other Sunday night. Please contact Natalie Abbott for more information.

The Brotherhood of Central Church is a group of men who meet monthly for food, fellowship, and mission. Meetings are on the first Tuesday of the month from 5:30 - 7:00pm in the Friendship Room.

Camp Aurora Work Day
Camp Aurora Ministries need a lot of volunteers to help on Saturdays, from 9:00am – 2:00pm at Camp Aurora in Windyville, MO. It’s a 40-acre campground with lots of trees, rustic cabins, buildings, and a swimming pool that need to be taken care of before summer camps open. We can go as a group by meeting at the church’s lower parking lot at 6:30am or you can go by yourself. Bring your own cold drinks and lunch. Also, you can bring your own chain saws, rakes, and other tools. If you have any questions, contact Matt Kujath and/or Patti Schmutzler (TEXT).

Join us for made-from-scratch biscuits, pancakes, scrambled eggs, gravy, bacon, sausage, coffee, milk, juice. $12 for adults and $6 for kids ages 6-12. Kids 5 and under eat free. All you can eat.

All Church Luncheon
Everyone is welcome to join us! We will celebrate our newest church members, recognize our volunteers, and give a special thanks to the Central Church cleaning crew that has faithfully served for many years. The meal will be potluck, so plan to bring a favorite prepared dish or two to share—a variety of choices is always a hit! Table service and drinks will be provided by the Congregational Life Ministry.

Trivia Night and Silent Auction
Join us for a night of fun and fellowship! The funds raised from the night will go towards financing the youth who attend the Presidents’ Day Weekend Retreat. Reserve a table of 8 for $80 by emailing Jeremy. If you would like to make a donation to the silent auction, please have items to Jeremy by 4/22.
Pre-Mother’s Day Prayer Lunch
Every year, Central Church partners with Second Christian to help provide food to children while school is out. Tickets are on sale until April 19. Cost is $12 for adults. Please contact Susan Poettgen.

Author Talk
On Wednesday, April 24, 6:30pm, the Old Munichburg Association will host an open public Author Talk at Central Church's Friendship Room. Walter Schroeder, historian and founding member of the OMA will discuss his new book, Zombies Invade the Southside! His books are available in our Narthex for $25.
Youth: Bonfire & Battle
All youth are invited to Jeremy and Noelle’s house for a night of fun and games. Eat s’mores, popcorn and other treats as we take turns battling it out on the Wii. All friends are invited! Contact Jeremy with questions.

Battle of the Churches
BATTLE OF THE CHURCHES: Central Church vs Living Hope Church
Be prepared to cheer on our church as we compete in friendly games. There will be a plethora of activities to watch and participate in, ranging from tic-tack-toe to volleyball to video games. A concession stand will be available. This is a free event to come to and free will offerings will be taken to support youth from Central and Living Hope going to the Challenge Retreat.
Women in Faith
All women are invited to join us for an "Appetizer April" meeting.
Bring an appetizer to share if you are able (come anyway if you cannot).
ONE SERVICE
Following that service, there will be a short congregational meeting to approve a new insurance carrier for the church. Our previous carrier is no longer offering insurance for churches.
Men’s Banquet
A delicious meal will be prepared by the Women in Faith to honor the men of our church. There will be pie and ice cream for dessert. Cost is $10 per person. Reservations can be given by calling the church office at 573-635-1041. Please make your reservation by this Wednesday, March 27.
Easter Egg Hunt
We’ve filled 681 eggs to set out for you, but it’s still more of a dash than a hunt and it goes quickly, so you don’t want to be late! Bring friends to join the fun, family to cheer you on, and something to hold your eggs. This activity is for all ages up through 5th grade. Be sure to come back on Easter Sunday morning for Kids’ Church and a special Easter lesson.
Good Friday Service
Join us for a Good Friday service to remember Christ’s death as we look forward to his resurrection. No childcare will be provided.
CANCELLED: Youth Volleyball
All 6th - 12th graders of all skill level are invited to join us to play volleyball and eat pizza!
Baby Shower
All ladies of the church are invited to a Baby Shower for Baby Bonnett! Adrienne and Corbin Bonnett will be welcoming their little blessing in April! Come join us to celebrate. A light luncheon will be provided. The Bonnett’s are registered at Target.
Youth Roller Skating
All 6th - 12th graders are invited to join the youth group to roller skate at Sk8 Zone. This is a free event. Bring your friends!
St. Patrick's Day Lunch
The menu will be sausage, German potato salad, green beans, slaw, applesauce, sauerkraut, rolls, cake, and drink. Cost is $15 for adults, $6 for kids ages 6-12, and free for kids 5 and under.

Galentines Party
Ladies, mark your calendars for the next Women in Faith gathering, Sunday Feb 4th right after the 2nd service. A light lunch will be provided. You've heard of Valentines, but come gather with the women at Central Church as we celebrate "Galentines". We "gals" at the church want to get to know each other better so we can love and support one another as women of faith. More details to come, but you won't want to miss this! To get somewhat of a head count, please rsvp to Keely Wise .
YOUTH - Painting Party
Bob Ross is a master painter. Not only does he create great works of art, but he teaches us how to paint to! Join us as we follow Bob’s instructions to paint a beautiful masterpiece.
Spaghetti Lunch
All are welcome to join us after the congregational meeting for spaghetti, salad, breads, drinks and desserts. The desserts will be provided and prepared by our older youth group with the direction of their youth leader, Jeremy Dehn. We may also have surprises! Please plan to attend.

YOUTH - Baking and Tasting
What is more fun: baking desserts or tasting desserts? I know which one I’d choose! As we prepare desserts for a congregational meal the following Sunday, we will laugh, sing, and eat.
YOUTH: Retreat Meeting
All parents are asked to join the youth to learn about the upcoming Spring ‘24 events and retreats! Our night will include a devotion as well as a discussion over the logistics of the Youth Retreat and other upcoming events. No Sunday night would be complete without snacks and a game!!
